Halloween Promo T&C
1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid on 30 and 31 October 2026 only, during the participating outlet's operating hours.
2. Eligibility: Customers must be physically present in a qualifying Halloween costume or cosplay to receive the discount. Costumes must demonstrate a reasonable effort to dress up as a recognisable character, theme or Halloween figure.
3. Basic Outfit Exclusion: Simply wearing ordinary clothing, a single colour or a basic outfit and assigning it a character or theme does not automatically qualify as a costume. For example, wearing an all-black outfit and claiming to be a “shadow” will not qualify unless additional, recognisable costume elements are present. A clear and reasonable effort must be made to create a recognisable costume or character look. Creative, low-budget and DIY costumes are welcome, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Discount Tiers: Eligible customers may receive one of the following discounts, based on their costume's overall effort, detail and execution:
10% OFF — Casual Spook: Simple, recognisable costumes using everyday clothing and minimal accessories.
15% OFF — Costume Mode: More developed costumes featuring dedicated outfit pieces, coordinated accessories, wigs or additional styling.
20% OFF — Full Cosplay: Detailed, well-executed costumes with strong character resemblance, polished makeup, styled wigs and/or suitable props.
5. Eligible Charges: The discount applies to the eligible customer's base hourly rate only. It does not apply to food, drinks, merchandise, add-ons, equipment fees or any other additional charges.
6. Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, promotional packages, bundled rates, student discounts, membership rates or other special pricing. Only one discount may be applied per eligible customer.
7. Individual Eligibility: Only customers wearing qualifying costumes are entitled to the discount. The discount does not extend to friends or other members of the same booking who are not wearing qualifying costumes.
8. Costume Assessment: Costume tiers are determined by Pixels & Pieces staff based on the published guidelines and examples. Staff reserve the right to determine the final discount tier where a costume falls between categories or does not clearly meet the stated criteria.
9. Photography and Social Media: Customers claiming the costume discount may be asked to have their costume photographed by Pixels & Pieces staff for promotional documentation and potential use on Pixels & Pieces' social media platforms and other marketing channels. By participating in the promotion, customers acknowledge this photography requirement. Customers who do not agree to the required photography may choose not to participate in the promotion and will not be eligible for the costume discount. Where photographs will be used for public marketing, Pixels & Pieces will inform customers of the intended use and obtain the necessary consent before publishing identifiable images. Customers may ask staff about the intended use of their photographs.
10. Safety and Comfort: Costumes and props must be safe, appropriate for a shared gaming environment and suitable for gameplay. Sharp, dangerous, excessively bulky or disruptive accessories may be prohibited.
11. Redemption: The discount must be verified by staff during the visit and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer or applied retroactively to completed transactions.
12. General Conditions: Pixels & Pieces reserves the right to refuse costumes that are unsafe or inappropriate for the premises and to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
13. Final Decision: Participation in the promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions. Pixels & Pieces reserves the right to make the final decision on eligibility and discount tier, acting reasonably and consistently with the published criteria.
